Standard Fees for Tuneup & Repair Service

Remote Repair - $60/hour (Billed in 30 minute increments)
As a courtesy, the clock doesn't start until 5 minutes into the repair. For our “Monthly Care” clients, the first 10 minutes of support is FREE. As long as you are able to get online, most non-hardware related issues can be remotely repaired.

In-Shop Service = $60/hour (Billed in 30 minute increments)
Most desktop computers are brought in for hard-drive failure. For desktop computers all we need is the tower and the original CD's that came with the computer.

• Most laptop computers are brought in for damage screens or power ports.  For laptops we need the power cord and any original CD's.
• Unless special parts are needed, the repair is normally completed within 2 days. A diagnostic fee of $30 for Desktops and $60 for Laptops will be charged and waived if a repair is completed.

On-Site Service - $100/hour
Travel fee for greater than 15 minutes from Norwood = $25 per additional 15 minutes

Emergency Response - add $30 to the above fees
At times you may need a repair without any delay. In order to receive this service, an "Emergency Response" fee will apply.

Payment is due when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed upon using any of the following: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Bank Draft, or PayPal
